Experience
Geoff is a partner in the firm. His practice focuses on commercial and contractual litigation. Geoff has a particular interest in insolvency and restructuring matters. His experience has encompassed a wide variety of issues and files, including acting on insolvency and restructuring matters for debtors and creditors, resolving breaches of contract, real or imagined, dealing with partnership and shareholder disputes, disputes involving the purchase and sale of businesses, and equipment leasing disputes. Geoff also provides general litigation management advice to a wide variety of small and medium sized businesses and acts, for example, as litigation counsel to an equipment leasing business. He has appeared before a variety of administrative tribunals and at all levels of the Ontario court system.

Geoff is active in various professional associations including the Toronto Lawyers' Association and The Advocates' Society, He is a member of the Canadian Bar Association - Ontario, Civil litigation, Insolvency and Law Practice Management Sections.

University of Calgary, B.Comm Community Involvement Geoff is also active in supporting charity and community causes. He currently sits as a Director of Bay Street Sports Corporation, a non-profit corporation which organizes and stages the annual Bay Street Hoops Charity Basketball Tournament, in March of every year in Toronto, to raise funds for children's charities. He also assists in the organization of sports clubs in his community.
