Krista is an entrepreneurial minded business executive, with a specialty in human resources. Krista is client focused, and has provided counsel to clients ranging in size from 10 employees to 10,000, and from industries ranging from engineering and high technology, to pharmaceutical, manufacturing and not-for-profit. Krista is also an accomplished public speaker who is regularly called upon to speak to employee groups, leadership groups as well as the general business community on a pletheora of topics related to best practices in organizational development and leadership.

Krista proactively identifies and implements processes and programs that improve employee retention and satisfaction, enabling the associated increases in productivity and cost savings that inevitably result. Krista's strong implementation and organizational skills enables her to manage multiple projects and clients successfully. Her excellent interpersonal skills have allowed her to build strong, service oriented relationships.

Prior to co-founding e2r Solutions, Krista held progressively senior leadership positions throughout her career for some of the largest 'high tech' companies in the world. In particular, and immediately prior to joining the firm, Krista was the Vice President of Human Resources and a member of the Executive Leadership Team for SAP AG.

During her career Krista has focused on all aspects of Human Capital Management. Successes have been realized in international talent acquisition and retention, compensation and total rewards management, leadership development and performance management.
