Brady graduated from the Faculty of Law at Osgoode Hall Law School.
Brady works closely with clients to provide timely and effective advice on all issues relating to labour and employment law. His employment law and human resources services include advice on best practices regarding employment contracts, disciplinary matters and human rights issues. In the unionized environment, Brady assists clients seeking to properly navigate unfair labour practice complaints, grievance arbitrations and collective bargaining.
Prior to joining e2r® , Brady completed his articles at a full-service mid-sized law firm. While there, he primarily worked with the firm’s labour and employment law group, gaining valuable client-management and advocacy experience.
While at Ogsoode Hall Law School, Brady acted as an executive member of the Osgoode Indigenous Students Association and worked with Pro Bono Students Canada on access to justice initiatives.
