Perry Cheung


Perry joined the firm in 2013. His broad practice areas include the following:

Real Estate: New construction condominium purchases, residential purchases and sales, assignment transactions, commercial purchases and sales, commercial leasing, private lending/borrowing transactions, and not-for-profit housing management.

Wills/Estates: Wills, powers of attorney, business succession planning, probate applications, general estate planning and administration.

Corporate/Commercial: New incorporations, mergers and acquisitions, leasing, financing, corporate governance and restructuring, partnership and shareholder agreements, commercial contracts and business succession planning.

Throughout his practice, Perry is committed to communicating effectively with his clients, helping them understand the law and developing pragmatic solutions to manage risk or resolve legal issues.

In his leisure time, Perry enjoys performing stand-up comedy and learning circus acrobatics. Perry is also a proud volunteer with Pro Bono Law Ontario and Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Toronto.
