Patrick’s practice involves advising clients in matters relating to real estate and corporate law. Patrick regularly acts for buyers, sellers, borrowers, and lenders on residential and commercial real estate transactions. His corporate law practice focuses on private company mergers and acquisitions, contract drafting and review, and general commercial advice, and Patrick works primarily with owner-operators and entrepreneurs.
Patrick joined Woolgar VanWiechen Cosgriffe Ducoffe LLP as an associate in 2021, after working for four years at a boutique real estate and corporate law firm. Patrick was called to the Ontario bar in 2015 after graduating from the University of British Columbia Faculty of Law in 2014, where he was the recipient of the Thorsteinssons Prize in Taxation II (Corporate Taxation).
