Our typical client is an owner operated small or mid-sized enterprise or family business. We also represent Canadian public companies for whom we restrict our advice and services to private company transactions, including acquisitions, and Canadian subsidiaries of multinational enterprises.
We represent dozens of start-up and early stage corporations and are involved in corporate structuring including a broad range of financing transactions from a variety of institutional and private sources. We represent both franchisors and franchisees including drafting franchise agreements and disclosure documentation.
